At Fragrant Candle With Real Jewels, we want you to be delighted with your aromatic treasure; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unlit candle within 30 days of purchase. Please note that candles must be in their original condition with the hidden jewel still embedded and the wax undisturbed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unlit candle in its original gift box and shipping carton to ensure the glass vessel and hidden jewelry remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the candle is unlit and the jewel is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
